Join Sara for a weekend of yoga, breathwork and hypnosis while also enjoying all the lake has to offer. Lake activities include water sports (wakeboarding and wake surfing), paddle boarding, hot tub, swimming and lots of chill time a beautiful backdrop. Prices include accommodations, all meals, and activities.
What to bring: yoga mat, swimwear, clothing for hot days and cooler mornings/nights, water bottle, journal

Bunk Room: $500/person (7 spots total)
Two king rooms (sleeps two) - $750/person (4 spots total)
Travel:
2 hours from SFO, OAK or SJC. Carpools can be organized.

Loose Schedule for the day:
9:00am arrive and enjoy light fare + tea
9:15am Opening circle + set intentions
9:30am Slow yoga + Breathwork
10:30am Sound Bath + hypnosis
11:30am lunch + relax by the pool
1:45pm closing circle

All bodies and levels welcome; Yoga + breathwork experience not required.

Expect to have a wonderful time! Make new friends, learn a little more about the background of yoga and why just a little breathing goes a long way on the mat and back in real life!
We will be practicing social distancing with our mats and you will need to bring your own mat. (BYOP: there won’t be use of shared props.)
